Ms. T. Harris has went beyond her reach to assist me with all resources available because of me not having no income, the pandemic and my disability. It's HARD being in the struggle. People tends to not know you when you're down on your luck. Ms. Harris it was a great pleasure working with you and keep that great personality and great customer service. Everyone should be investigated and fired. I have congestive heart failure, bad back, Achilles tendonitis, and testicular pain. I completed the form for homelessness and requesting assistance. I missed a call from ms Harris. I went to csra eoc to get help. Again I got the feeling I was annoying someone who wasn't trying to work. I knocked on both doors in pain, noone answered. I called and a elderly lady was like why are you calling? I said I was homeless and disabled. She said ms Harris would be out in a few minutes. Then the elderly lady came out saying ms Harris would call me before closing. Next business day and I still haven't gotten a call back. People need to be fired and replaced with people who really want to help the disabled and less fortunate instead of getting free money

If you need help this is the place to go. Doing research for a project. This a place that specializes in assisting lower income individuals and families.

Horribly rude and the Lady answering the phone systems is a jackass.
