The builder is really letting this place go. Broken sidewalks, damaged recreation area, slowly removing all the special features from the pool. Take a very close look at the neighborhood before paying their new jacked up prices.

We have lived in Crawford Creek for 10 years. It was a BEAUTIFUL community with lush, pretty grounds and gorgeous amenities until.....Ivey Homes took over, hired CMA as the management company and neglected our neighborhood. It is in a TERRIBLE state currently and the residents are ANGRY. Buyer BEWARE if you are thinking of buying a new Ivey home and buying in Crawford Creek. There are so many issues that haven't been addressed here your head would spin. Ask around, visit the community and talk to Ivey homeowners before you make a decision to live here.I don't think you will like what you hear. Laura King

Overall a wonderful place to live especially, if you have a family. However they are continue to build homes and currently 50% now . There's an increase in traffic and high speed through main road, a road where kids ride bikes and golf carts...I have witnessed a near missed head -on collision from speeding and driver's trying to pass those who drive the speed limit..definitely need more speed limit signs,& kids at play there's only one of each at the very long entrance of property. Most of our neighbors wonderful with pride and ownership in there community but unfortunately the parking on the streets has gotten SO out of control school buses can't even turn around or go down some of the streets, I don't won't to even think how Emergency vehicles can navigate them. The roads need repairs and more street lighting on main road, the HOA gets off the hook by replying there county road nothing we can do! Looking to move in the future...if this doesn't bother you SOLD.

Safe place to live. Wish we could see more of the 575.00 HOA fee back into the subdivision. They need to maintain the roads, light fixtures street signs and sides walks. More signs kids at play. More policies on speeders and drivers and golf drivers playing there LOUD music. I've seen kids at least under 12 driving golf carts on the road. Pool party is today came early and the pools is dirty. The water fixtures are not working still ( mushroom, elephant ,slide, and the wood tower next to the elephant.
