Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I love the lemon pepper trout. One of my favorites! I'm guessing that they were lacking help in the back because our waitress jumped on the grill to help out. All the food was wonderful.

This was by far the worst service we have ever had at this location! My husband and I decided to come here on our lunch break. After we were seated the waitress came and took our drink order. After 5 minutes she came back WITHOUT our drinks and took our food order. It took her another 15 minutes to bring us our drinks. Our lunch took close to 45 minutes to come out at which point I had to ask for to go plates, cups and the bill. We walked to the front and stood in line to check out which took another 10 minutes as the lady doing the check out was waiting for a manager to come up. By the time we were able to check out there were close to 7 people behind us and we were third in line. I would completely understand if they were busy but they definitely were not busy! There were many empty tables. After reading the reviews for the past two weeks all I have to say is, Crakcer Barrel needs new management at this location or they will see a decline in sales. Here is a picture of my lunch that I had to eat at work. I didn’t even order fries but they brought it to my table anyways. I decided to take them as the chicken tenders were terrible. And the cornbread is way over cooked almost burnt.

When we walked into Cracker Barrel, I was overwhelmed by the eclectic store packed with nostalgic candies and a plethora of gift choices. Just as eye-popping are the museum like walls packed with items and pictures of yesteryear. The menu is varied and fairly priced, not a bargain or barefoot es menu. Our waitress couldn't have been better, friendly and conscientious. Our visit to Cracker Barrel was enjoyable and warrants more visits

ORDER TWO PIECE RAINBOW TROUT with sides HASHBROWNS and FRIED APPLES . The hashbrowns under cooked and cold lumpy no taste. The waiter JOHN 5 star the atmosphere great . Will return 25 yr customer

Came in for brunch on a Saturday and was very packed. The staff did a good job of moving people through. My only complaint is that there's no real waiting room and everyone was just standing around at the store front. The service and the food was excellent. They also have a Rewards program so don't forget to sign up for that.
