This is an update to a previous review which I deleted because I was unfair in it. They were super busy that day and honestly I had alot of stuff. I called this morning and they let me know my merchandise was still there waiting for me I was relieved and so happy. I had managed to score some great things for my Grandsons collection and was worried they were giving away with the next sale. Their store is super clean and the ladies are sweet and it smells nice too.

I used to love this store! The prices have gotten so ridiculous. Every time I come, they have gone up and up. The furniture gets marked twice as high so they can sell it "half off" . The ladies that work the front are friendly but extremely slow. Which is totally fine if you aren't in a rush. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll come here anymore. Salvation Army is a much better store.

Came in cause I like looking through glassware and finding things, this was my first time coming in and I don’t live close. I found a water bath canner with the rack, an older one, with no damage. I get up front and they tell me they have to take it back because there is no price on it, I ask to leave my name and number so when it’s priced I can come back to get it, they tell me they cannot do that. There’s no one to call to price it and basically it’s my loss because they didn’t do their job. A really great find that I’m told to “come back for and check back”. These items are DONATED, anything the store makes off is it is profit so why is there not someone able to price things??

This place has been my saving grace for my children and I!! How they helped me: About 5 years ago I was in a very rough spot in my life. Community Ministry of NA or CMONA helped saved me. I could not be where I am today in life without their help. If you are in need of help with bills, food, clothes, someone to talk too, this is where you need to go! I was too proud to ask for help from anyone, my English professor pulled me to the side one day and told me I know something is troubling you and I'm not sure what it is. She wrote down CMONA and told me that I should go volunteer there a few days a week. Those few days turned into a few years. At the time Nancy was the director and she had noticed I was having a bad day, she pulled me aside and we started talking. I broke down! My walls fell apart and I came crashing down. Nancy listened to every word that day. She didnt judge me, instead she picked me up and went straight into action by making some calls. Next thing I know my children had food and clothes that same day. I was helped with a utility bill that I was struggling with. Nancy didnt stop there. She helped point me in the right direction for a job! I made great life long friends while helping out the ministry. They helped me get through the roughest time of my life. They didnt stop there though, they encouraged me to push through everything I was dealing with while working on my college degree! They held me up the whole way through it all. Ever since then I help repay them for all that they have done by donating items, food, and monetary items to help the next person who comes in for help. They can always use volunteers! You never know whos life you can change by being apart of something, it may change their life for the better. About the Ministry: (Wheelchair friendly) Nancy has since retired and Elizabeth has now taken over and I'm so happy to see the new building and thrift store. They now have assistance with helping you apply for jobs, signing up...

So disappointing they are closed on weekends. I don’t have time on week days to donate, and I have things I would rather donate here than other places. Oh well.
