I'm a returning client. Never had any issues before. However this interaction has been a complete nightmare! I submitted all information needed to file a tax return. Somehow the IRS received the wrong bank info. A bank I've never had a account with ever! Now my refund is in limbo & Cheryl hasn't even reached back out with a resolution. I wouldn't expect this type of behavior from her. So proceed with caution.

They did a fantastic job with their services. The whole staff at Cobb's Financial Services were very professional and gave me great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing financial services and tax preparation needs.
