The price went up by almost $20 per quarter without any sort of notice. No call, email or anything. Do not recommend. I'm about 90% sure that is not legal even if a contract states they are allowed to go up a percentage it's just good customer service to give people a heads up... prior to this they regularly missed pickup days and came whenever they wanted sometimes even 2-3 days after the scheduled pickup.

Amazing. Our regular driver, Zyon, is so friendly and I would do nothing to trade for a new driver, hes awesome!. They’re required per the city to come in the yard and get our cans unless they’re at the road, and Zyon Always gets them

It’s going on week three and everyone on my street has cans overflowing with trash. Nobody has come to pick it up. No notice of why we have not been serviced. And because of this, the can easily tips over due to winds in the area. Causing me to have to constantly clean up trash bags that should have been gone. This is not something we should be dealing with as paying customers.

This is how our trash has looked since 9/16. After calling 6 times and being lied to every time, they have yet to collect the trash they said they’d be picking up within 1 hour - 7 hours ago! If you like being the only house in the neighborhood with a trash bag snowman sitting at your curb rotting for 10+ days, then coastal waste is the company for you! **after an email to the corporate office and this review our trash was finally collected**

This company has refused to pick up their trash cans! We recently moved into a new home and the previous owner used Coastal to collect garbage. We have switched companies and notified Coastal to pick up their cans. After calling 10+ times and being told the trash cans would be picked up week after week; it is still here. Never use this company. They blame it on being short staff but if they are this short staff imagine how they will handle picking up weekly trash.
