Club Car, LLC

People are nice here, just be polite...and they will tell you the reason why it took 5 hours to get a door...and i'm writing this review at the dock right now. my co worker and I two trucks been here for 5 hours..our loads are picking up their club cars and there are issues with the cars. My cars are okay now and ready to load but my coworker's 10 out of 22 club cars are red tagged...meaning that they have to get it repaired and green before they can load him at the door. So he was told that he will be loaded today and before they closes at 18:30.

DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM LIKE WE DID!! After doing lots of homework, we unfortunately, purchased a Club Car golf cart, in North Myrtle Beach. We started having problems within months of purchasing. Within the first 3 months of ownership: First, when we purchased it, we were looking for a grey color, so they changed the shell from red to grey, within the first week we noticed it was making noise in the rear. After taking it back to the shop we were told the bolts that fasten the shell were missing. Second, the nuts on the windshield rusted, and we were told the wrong nuts were on the windshield. Third, all of the batteries had bad cells. These things were all repaired by the company. Finally, after owning this cart for only 23 months, we find the foam on the rear seat was starting to ooze out through the seam (there are no rips or tears). We were asked if we keep it outside. What?! Of course, we keep it outside! It's a vehicle, and we live in a condo community.The OPS manager told us this was caused by weather/sun damage. Shouldn't these vehicles be made to withstand weather/sun damage. Shame on you Club Car!

EDIT: now four weeks later I still haven’t received a call email or letter from anybody. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Called 2 weeks ago to get a statement of origin and have not received it. Called today press option 2 to get a statement of origin and I’m connected to the aftermarket finance team. Wrong group! Called again got the operator to connect me to the person that does The statements and her voicemail is full! Called again 5X to get the operator and now nobody answers. Club Car is useless!

This place is the most Horrible place to deliver to. They are so slow, no parking, it takes forever to get unloaded over all just sorry people.

Friendly staff but I canceled the load, cause they secure it with nails, I asked the broker but said the opposite so owner if you want to take care of your trailer take in mind if dont nice place to load I guess 👍
