There all good working people but there is one lady who stands out she is always polite and smile and always speak in a kind way

Update: I actually would like to update my review to one star after watching store employees park their car in the handicap spot in front of the entrance so they can have people come clean their cars while they are working. Multiple times I've watched this and seen handicap customers have to park further away to walk into the store bc of the selfishness of a couple bad employees. Oh, and another issue is this employee they recently hired who likes to work the register closest to the bathroom end, so she can spend her ENTIRE shift talking to a customer who hangs out for hours after he gets off work. It's like he comes straight there and blocks the walkway to the bathroom so they can talk for her entire shift. Super Annoying! I have mixed feelings about this location. I will say there are some really good managers and staff members, but they are overshadowed by the staff with ugly attitudes, those who refuse to do their jobs, cuss at customers, pick and choose which tasks they are going to perform even though they are being paid to perform all of their duties. There are just a few really nasty attitudes in that store. One girl they hired within the past couple months tells us the lottery is down every single time we come to her, to the point I know not to approach her. She also won't accept any large bills bc she doesn't want the hassle. She will see the bill in your hand and tell you she can't take it before she even knows what your purchase is. For example she told me I couldn't pay with $100 bill, and yet I my gas and purchases were just under $85. Turning money away from a store like that is bad business. I've seen staff cuss at customers, get really nasty and ride too. I saw a customer buy a lottery ticket one day and the cashier very vulgarly rubbed it between her legs "for good luck", and handed it to him. I've never been so offended by another human in a business setting in my life. The staff has some really good cashiers, but they are sadly overshadowed b...

I see the cashier still works there harassing customers as always 5/22/2025 There is a cashier an the Manager on 2/12/2025 at 6:05pm that works on Lumpkin Rd Circle K, she refuses my purchases, 3 times this happened to me, I called Circle K corporate office an made a case about each time she refuses me service, this last time she yelled at me, I will keep calling corporate about this if it keeps happening an Circle K corporate office said I can make separate purchases, I'm a regular customer there at the Lumpkin Rd Circle K. The District Manager has been informed about all these incidents.

Arrived at location forr gas abd suck employee has hand written sign on door saying closed from 2-3 am i word over 10 minutes store still not opened it is now 315 and employee is just watching people try to patronize the business and remaining spring on her stool people watching.

This is my neighborhood store, go there all the time and staff is super friendly and very helpful. Wide variety of products and you can get deals or free stuff weekly through mobile coupons. They stay super busy but you wouldn't notice how busy because the girls move the line along very quickly and efficiently without sacrificing good customer service. Always deals on tobacco and beer too! I'd give Lumpkin Rd. Circle K five stars plus!!
