Every night I go to this one at 12:30am the doors be locked. It be that mean lady with the bandana on her head. She always have to door locks for 2 hours. This location should close at midnight untill 5am. She is rude when she do let you in. Especially to Hispanics she is a horrible person.

I purchased a car charger and phone cord, but before buying them in november, I asked if they were returnable because the cord seemed quite thin, and I wasn’t sure it would work well. The cashier assured me it shouldn’t be an issue. I decided to buy it anyway, and sure enough, it caused my phone to overheat. Since the day of purchase, I’ve been trying to return these items with the receipt, but I keep getting the runaround. Corporate still hasn’t called me back.

I’d give a 0 if it were possible. The customer service here is poor to say the least. There have been two occasions that I’ve walked in and was treated poorly. The first time I came in to get a drink. There was one lady working and it was very busy. Most of the drinks were out for a fountain drink so I just kindly let her know when I was checking out. She gave me a hand guesture like “what do you want me to do about it” I was simply letting her know. So the next time I came in I noticed the coffee was out. Employees here don’t like to be told drinks are out. So I went to add some beans so I could have some coffee (at 8am) the employee came to me and asked me 4 times in a row what I was doing didn’t even let me speak. I finally told her I didn’t need to be spoken to like a child. Had she asked me not to do it, or even asked if I needed help it would’ve been so different. But she called the manager over who was also just as rude. When I went to check out the employee was loudly talking about me calling me stupid to the customers so I came back and repeated that she did not have to be rude to me and I was told that there were other gas stations to go to. When did customer service not become a thing? This place is so rude to their customers and referring me to other gas stations shows that they do not care about making money or treating people right.

Don't expect them to answer the phone or restock the store.

This place is OK. I prefer QT but they don’t seem to have them in this area. The bald headed lady was rude but the older fella was nice. Can’t say I like the “put all the stuff you’re buying right here and let AI figure out what everything is” system but it worked I guess. In the time it took to do that though a human could’ve checked out 2 people. The bathroom left something to be desired though. The bathroom at QT is always spotless.
