Circle K

Always have advertised prices posted and it always rings up not the sales price. On 9-21-2024 around 1:45 pm the manager on duty was rude and would not give the price as posted. They need to get rid of workers like her!! In the end KARMA will come a knocking on thus KAREN'S door!!

Worse customer service I have ever received. Me and my wife go to this gas stations on our trips back and forth for work every few months, has always been my favorite. Deasia, was the rudest person I've ever seen working in there. First, rushing us while discussing with my spouse what she needed. Second, misgendering and no apology for it. Third, yelling at customers when you've been corrected on their gender and saying you refuse to serve. There are alot of reason to refuse service, but you cannot refuse service due to sexual orientation. I will be contacting corporate over this.

Just left here feeling very frustrated. I went in for a refill on a propane tank at 4:40pm and was told by the cashier that she couldn’t do it because “a manager needs to be there”. I went to another circle K and that employee was by himself working, was not a manager and had no problem getting me what I needed.

Look. There are times in life when it seems like nothing is going right. And then there are times when someone renews your faith in humanity. Alexis (sorry if I misspelled it) was exactly that person tonight. She went WAY above and beyond good customer service, to help make sure my newborn got fed. Not only does she deserve glowing praise and recognition for being the MVP that she is, but she deserves a raise and a promotion on top of that. Any time I'm in the neighborhood I know where I'm going for any of my gas/convenience needs. My family can't thank you Alexis. The world needs more people like YOU.

I was in this location today between 12:30 and 1:15. As I'm waiting in line there's one cashier behind the counter having trouble with the lottery machine. The line has now gone from me and 2 others to about 5 people and more behind us getting in line. We are all just standing there waiting and the assistant manager and manager don't even bother to come over to help the cashier. Amy in fact looks at us as she walks right on by offering no help. I finally ask the cashier Maricela if they are helping her and she calls for Amy. Amy doesn't come to help her. Then after continuing to wait I say that I have two dogs in the car and it's hot outside and Amy finally makes an appearance to tell me that I should have left them at home then. Every time I go in this store the cashiers are always friendly. Everyone that is except Amy. I've been a cashier for going on 10 years and I would NEVER speak to a customer this way. She always looks angry and has an attitude any time I shop here. As someone who has previously worked for circle k I know this type of behavior is not condoned and I certainly hope someone looks into how this women treats her coworkers and employees as well as customers.
