Chipotle Mexican Grill

Today I did an online order I ordered a half chicken and half steak and I was gifted a free guacamole. I picked my order up at the time given and brought it home and let’s just say I had to drive 10 minutes back. My bowl was incorrect and for me to order half and half I only received the chicken and I was missing my guacamole. I put a good bit of items in my bowl and was also missing my corn and very light rice was in my bowl. The guy did allow we to watch them remake it so I was pleased. We’re going to assume they were busy. Overall they get a 7/10 because the food after the fact was very fresh! Also the new ranch has a smoky flavor and spicy, bold flavors and tastes wonderful!

Placed a order on Uber eats. I asked for brown rice and got white instead and while inspecting the rice I noticed they didn't put the queso on it either that I was charged for. The burrito is the worst out of all the other Chipotles I've eaten. The queso is the consistency of baby food and lumpy and the chips are stale. The chicken is flavorless other than the burnt old taste. I won't be eating Chipotle again. I'll just stick with Diablos.

Went for lunch 6/22 around 1:15! Entire staff was on their A game for sure, food was delicious and good portions & they worked as a great team making sure everything was smooth and efficient. I was so happy with my experience! Shout out to the kind employees working up front & the back of house for cooking everything perfectly!

I’ll never order at night again. You definitely don’t get your money’s worth at this restaurant. Poor work ethic at its finest. Didn’t even bother to cut the lettuce and we have spinach leaves mixed in which we didn’t order. They only give you a handful of meat and the rice is hard. We placed an order online and it wasn’t ready. I bet if we would have ordered inside the restaurant, this wouldn’t happen.

Ordered from this place on Uber Eats, and they really sent my child’s build your own taco meal without the chicken. There is a whole empty slot where the chicken should have been and they just decided not to put it there. Please be more aware of what you are doing when you are packing for food service delivery. We are currently without a car for a couple of days, which is why I ordered out. This is not what we were expecting and it’s very disappointing.
