Chico's

So I’m not one to typically dress to impress but I ventured into this store today to find some more business appropriate outfits. I make a very good salary and was ready to drop a sizable amount of money on new clothes. But the staff there didn’t give me even a hint of attention. One lady was on the phone the entire time just jabbering away. I even showed interest in several tops but at no time did they ask if I needed help or wanted to try anything on. I guess if you are not dressed to their standards when you walk in then you’re not worthy of their time. Their loss.

This was my first time in Chico's and I was impressed. Granted, I didn't find what I was looking for, however I needed a pretty specific item so no fault of the store. The store surprised me by being extremely organized and clean despite the fact that there were many clearance racks. It was actually a pleasure shopping at the store and I felt like I was able to see all of the items very easily. I don't feel like stores today have that floor plan anymore. Also, although I didn't get help from a salesperson, I noticed that they were very good with helping others and explaining things in great detail. The prices were more reasonable than I expected them to be. I felt like the items were somewhat conservative, however there seemed to be quite a few trendy and useful items that were less conservative as well. All in all a great experience and I definitely will be going back.

Walked into Chico's with my spouse to look for business attire, I was never acknowledged once for the 20 plus minutes we were in the store. The one employee that did look my way turned her nose up to me and walked right by me. I have shopped at Chico's throughout the years and have spent some good money here, never have I been so blatantly dismissed by their employees. I suggest that people think twice about shopping at the Augusta store.

Absolutely love this store and their clothes! The staff is very accommodating and helpful. So nice and open-minded, welcoming me and my business!

Very clean, as you would expect. Not a lot of variety but what they did have was beautiful! A great place to "window shop" when you're on a fixed income.
