Local Aiken store offering what the tenured area boutiques offer but local! Everything was on point and its been, humbly, to long since HS prom for me, but she was easy to work with and helped with all the selections available so that our son could enjoy his first prom. The suit return, as well as her communication, was pleasant and easy. Took a lot of stress off.

My daughter had an appointment today and her trying on wedding gowns at Cheron's Bridal was such a wonderful experience! Kelly was incredibly kind, patient, and made the whole process feel special. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide during such an important moment.

I would not trust your special event to Cheron's Bridal Boutique. My fiance and I rented a tux for our wedding. I called on the Wednesday afternoon during business hours , over one week before our special day to assure that the tux had arrived. But no answer or return call. Then one week before our wedding, we called again twice during the day. No answer and no response. We drove by the store front and no one there. At this point we were concerned that the business closed permanently. We had to go to another location, pay a rush fee to assure that there would be a tuxedo for our wedding. This was Friday evening at 6:00 in the evening. Our last chance to be sure that a tux would be available. Thank goodness for Men's Wearhouse who were so cordial to us. The following, Monday less than 5 days before our event, Kelli returns our call. She states that she went out of town Thursday to Sunday. So, why did she not respond to my call the previous Wednesday? Why is no one checking the phones for the calls from Friday. Now, Kelli tells us that she will only reimburse us 50% as the tux is at her shop. She tells us we signed a form stating all sales are final. Humm, I wonder how may others that this has happened that she is so quick to defend her poor business acumen. Why do you not reach out to clients when they call during business hours? How can you fault them for questioning if the business has suddenly closed? Why should we not receive a FULL refund and an apology for your negligent communication? Technology allows calls to be forwarded as you travel or even leave a message stating that you are out of town. This is a very poorly run business.

The owner, Kelly, is amazing! She has a beautiful shop full of gorgeous dresses for the entire wedding party! I also found the perfect dress for an upcoming Vegas Trip :)
