Checkers

The food tasted stale like it had been sitting out for a while or the food was cooked in old grease. The food wasn't that great.

The managers are amazing and nice food was hot and fresh and will definitely be back came through with my family from New York and said that was the best experience of there life at a checkers and will make sure to always use checkers on wrightsboro rd as a go to on vacation. It's hard to find good customer service. It's hard to find good customer service these days

My family and I were traveling through Georgia when we stopped for a bite to eat at checkers. The service was very friendly and professional. Tonya the manager provided great service. The food was hot and tasted so good. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite.

I pull up in a passenger van with 12 ppl. I was greeted by an AI message that asked for my order. I began by saying I have 12 orders that need to be bagged separately but paying on one ticket. I placed all orders interacting with the recording and answering all questions. Then a person comes on and says she didn't get none of that but then starts to repeat some of the order. We go through all 12 orders again. I remind them they need to be bagged separately and the reply is "oh my god". When completing the order, I add an apple pie. We get to the window and I pay $119.**. They begin passing us the drinks. The first gentleman, shift lead or manager, stated what the drinks were, so we passed them accordingly. Then a girl stepped in, began making/passing drinks, and he a tray with 3 drinks. She said this is pibb xl and coke. I asked which is coke (they are all brown). She stated I was being petty for asking this. 😳 The manager came over and said, " Don't be arguing with my customers, took the drinks back, made them again, and made the 12th drink since they had only given 11. We were asked to pull around to the other window while they made all of our orders. No problem. We ended up in the drive-thru for about 40 mins. We received all of our food, and I asked for the apple pie (which was on the receipt) and was told, he just dropped them and it would take about 4 mins to cook, but offered an ice cream. I didn't want ice cream and stated I would drive back around as there were 2 cars behind us. That would give cooking time. We drove around, was in the line for about 6mins, got to the window and still had to wait more than 4mins for the half cooked pie. All of this just to feed a group of children...... Please focus on teaching customer service. I will never say the customer is always right, but I will say the attitude of the employees drives your bottom line.

Always amazing. Checkers food is delicious. And this locations staff is always lovely
