Brad came over and did a great job. I just had a few small areas that needed to be done in two rooms and he took his time and did the job right. Their price point was competitive with other carpet cleaning companies. Actually a little bit better.

I will definitely book with certified clean care again and would recommend this company to friends. From booking to cleaning day, they were very professional and communication was excellent. They sent a reminder by email and text. On cleaning day, they updated me on the expected time the technician would arrive. Harrison was our technician and he was very friendly and professional from start to finish. He took measurements and provided us a quote and information on different protection they can do for the couch. The whole process was very easy and only took less than an hour for two rooms, the hallway, and the stairs.

Alberto did a great job. He kept me informed of everything he was doing. Although the was an issue with the order, which wasn't his fault, he got my carpet looking new quickly, and gave me a quote for the other work I wanted done. Excellent work ethic and very professional. I highly recommend.
