I wouldn’t recommend. The repair man Tony was so rude and nonchalant and lied about detergent spilling on an appliance so he wouldn’t have to bother fixing it. Called and spoke with the manager and she hung up in my face twice. This company was used through domestic and general and domestic and general handled this professionally and respectfully. I definitely would not recommend because as a business at no point should you be hanging up and a customer’s face when I was just trying to ask them to close the ticket. They also said at first, they will come out between one and five. They then called the day of and changed it to 11 and two. It was just a whole mess from the beginning.

Do not use this company, our dishwasher had a error code come up on the digital screen. My mother in law called them thinking it was the best cause of the reviews which is understandable. But the repair man came out sometime in April he came in the house looked at it then started it and said it's good and left. Keep in mind I thought it was the pressure sensor to begin with. But it ran OK for a few days then same error message came up. The same repair man showed up 2 weeks or a week from the first time he came out, he then cleaned the pressure sensor and some other stuff on machine and said it's good he left. Me and my wife tried to run tge machine again only ran for an hour and a half before stop with same error code. So I called the same guy came out again the next week. He looked at it again and said pressure sensor was bad. He told my mom that was watching my kid while im at work that let him or the company know if we want him to repair it or not so he can order the part, my mom told him to get in contact with me and my wife about it. By the way they never did get in touch but like 2 weeks ago the repair man called my mom said he got the part in that he ordered to repair our machine even though we did not give permission or tell them we want them to fix it. So fast forward to today the company called my mom again today they left a message saying we will schedule the appointment to replace the part for Monday. They also called my mother in law that lives in Ohio and my wife called them. And she said we dont want repair we'll fix it ourselves, the lady told my wife well that's not what the first lady said but we'll see what we can do. Like what you mean what you can do we dont want you to fix it never gave permission to either. I'm furious don't use this company there scam artist and try and charge you extra money for something you didn't approve it's cheaper to fix it yourself and there's plenty of YouTube tutorials on how to do it. Tony, a great technician from Certified Appliance Repair. He was on time, has great communication skills and fixed our dryer quickly. We will definitely use Certified Appliance Repair again and will also request Tony for our technician.

If I could leave 10 stars i definitely would. I called Certified Appliance on a Wednesday and spoke to Courtney who was very knowledgeable, sweet and professional. She set up a time for some one to look at my washer for Friday 8/23. This morning I got a call Robert who was amazing as well with making sure he had all the details of my issues right and gave me a timeframe when he would be out. Then Courtney called me back to let me know he was oh his way. Robert got here is was professional from start to finished told me the issue how it can be resolved with ordering a part that can be here next week and would follow up of when he can replace it. Not to mention the price was amazing 1000% recommend to anyone who has any appliance that may need repair or looked. Definitely a pleasure working with from the initial call to now. Thanks again Courtney and Robert.

Brent was so awesome! He was very efficient, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. Brent kept me informed every step of the way. He identified the issue and resolved it within minutes. I appreciate his integrity and work ethic. Thank you so much Brent. I also appreciate Courtney, she was very responsive to my phone calls and provided timely feedback. She snd Brent both worked with me regarding my work schedule and that made a huge difference. Hats off to these two fine people; they represent Certified Appliance Repair very well.
