I like that they have wing fi, ups, and dollar tree all next to each other.

2025-03: Well, the drive through liquor store has survived. 😂 It's nice have a UPS Store here (especially since they are pleasant and efficient). Nice to see some stores lasting longer .. 2022-09: This shopping center has Walmart as it's anchor store, but I've noticed other businesses kinda just disappearing over time. If/when new tenants move into the many spaces across the parking lot of Walmart, they don't seem to last long. There were many empty storefronts when I visited. Nothing exactly terrible, but nothing extraordinary, either

We were allowed to set up at both doors of Evans Walmart. We represented Southeastern PVA. Funds raised assist our disabled Vets with a fishing tournament we put on locally. The staff and customers made our group very humble with their kindness .We are very thankful.

The employees are very helpful and cheerful.

It's a shopping center. It does all the things that a strip mall is supposed to do, and does it all well. Clean, good neighborhood. Even has a paved parking lot!
