What I like best about C&C is they’re honest and not pushy. They did an oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair. They said “hey you may want to look into getting new tires” which I knew to be true but I appreciated they weren’t aggressively pushing it on me.

I had used C&C for maintenance and repairs of my work truck- a 2007 F-250 super duty. After experiencing an issue with it post-hurricane, I expected that the vehicle would be cared for in the same way it had been previously. I am disappointed to report that not only did the truck return non-functioning, but with several things left inside of the hood (see photos). When the tow arrived from C&C, they asked my wife if it would crank. She reported to them it did not. They still attempted to start it- multiple times. Understanding that there would be some delays in work being done, my truck was left at their Wrightsboro Road location instead of where it usually goes on Washington Road. I was told after checking in that there was one truck ahead of mine, and within a few days I got a call that my entire engine needed to be replaced. We asked about the steps that were taken that resulted in the engine needing to be replaced and were told that they ran a preliminary check and for more work to be done there would be additional diagnostic fees. Knowing my truck, and that the engine was designed as “bulletproof” I declined the additional work and scheduled a tow truck to bring it back home. As you can see, the notes have several things listed as being wrong with it- the coolant cap that they reported as missing was there, and the tank was not empty as they noted because prior to their picking up my truck, I made sure that everything was good with it. They wrote the engine was bad, but having been told that the truck didn’t start at all, how could they say the engine was bad or overheating when it wouldn’t turn over. My fuse case lid is now missing, work gloves were left inside the engine bay, along with a can of starting fluid. To top it off, the turbo was disconnected as they didn’t bother to reconnect it or close the hood because it arrived open. I also couldn’t help but wonder if they even moved truck to perform all the “work” they said they did since each time I passed...

Had an awful experience at the Chevy dealership with my 2017 volt. I thought they were my only option, but after 6 weeks, I was willing to take a chance. I’m glad I did. C&C is awesome. They did a “first time” repair in replacing my battery energy control module within a few days. Car runs great again. Thanks for the transparent communication, willingness to try something new, and doing what the dealership could not!

C&C did a great job replacing my alternator in my 2020 Kia Telluride. They were reasonably priced and had it back to me in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was nice and very nice and helpful anytime I called with a question. I would definitely recommend.

Was very satisfied with the work they preformed on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. They are very professional. My truck was picked up on Wednesday for major work. It was ready the on Friday. Unbelievable. I highly recommend C and C for all repair needs. Make sure you listen to their Podcast on WGAC Aaron is very knowledgeable.
