We are so pleased with the service we receive here every time we visit! My oldest daughter is going through the process of braces, and the friendly staff has patiently walked us through every step of the way. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. I would recommend this office to everyone I know!!

I visited this office after seeing positive reviews for Dr. Carter, but my experience was different. They are prompt in scheduling appointments for braces and routine exams, but when my son’s braces came off unexpectedly, we faced major challenges. Despite my son being in pain, they suggested he apply gel and wait. I was very frustrated by their response and had to escalate the matter to the office manager. It still took a week to get an appointment, during which my 10-year-old son endured significant discomfort. We had to find ways to adjust the wire ourselves to prevent it from hurting his cheek, which affected his eating and overall well-being. I felt that the patient's pain was not considered a priority. Also they should have advised to wait till 13 or 14 years old to put braces. This allows the new teeth to come. Instead my son got braces at 11 and had to do multiple re-adjustments as his old tooth fell off and new ones came. I felt that they are purely profit driven and not patient driven. If you're a new patient, I recommend asking how they handle emergencies like braces coming off and causing pain. If you get an ambivalent response, RUN with your money.

Nice folks, but communication was poor, requiring multiple calls and messages just to get a response. I’ve waited four months and still haven’t begun treatment, which has caused me extra time and stress. I recently got engaged and was hoping to have the beautiful smile I want in time for my wedding at the end of next year. Unfortunately, I now have to find another orthodontist and start the process over. Very disappointed, especially after hearing such positive reviews from a colleague.

CARTER ORTHODONTIST IS THE BEST! I can not thank Cindy (on the admin side) & Anthony (on the dental side) enough for all their help!! Anthony talked through the process as he applied the braces to calm the nerves and ease the mind of my 10yr old.
