I was looking for a bolt that I can't find around the town, when I went to this place for the first time, OMG. excellent service the guy very courteous told me don't worry I got you he found it I was able to finish my project thanks for the excellent service.

Took a power steering hose that needed a new end put on, and the guy wasn't interested in even listening to what I needed before he started shaking his head no. He didn't even know if it was an ac hose or a hydraulic hose. A power steering hose is a hydraulic hose. This isn't my first dealings with this place. The first time I went to the store, I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged in any way until I walked outside and got in my truck. Then, an employee came running to the door and asked me if I needed any help. I responded no thank you and drove off. To whomever the owners are, your employees need some customer service training or maybe hire people who know their line of work. I wish Harleys was still running that store. They had excellent customer service. Surely do miss our hometown auto parts store.
