Tony always goes above and beyond. You can tell by his work that he truly loves and has a passion for what he does. We love to go in, visit, and make our own charcuterie boards. That is such a great concept. That way you aren't stuck with any foods that you don't like and nothing is wasted. I contacted the Carolina charcuterie company and from the first time I reached out they were extremely responsive responding to my email responding to all of My phone messages. The owner Took time to understand the type of event I was planning and the number of people I was trying to feed and matched me with the perfect charcuterie board. The day of the event, they were timely and setting it up and communicated Throughout the day until it was set up. It was absolutely stunning and even better. It was delicious. It was a hit of the party. Highly recommend this company. Worth every penny.
