Sylvia is one of the best property managers around! She is thorough in everything from examining renter applications to showings and property owner assistance. Sylvia coordinates cleaning crews, maintenance crews, and has handled necessary evictions with ease. Above all, she’s very communicative, professional and patient. As for the bad review below, they must not understand that it IS a first come first serve basis for renters AND it truly shows they wouldn’t have been best suited to rent from this company anyway. As a property owner, Sylvia will make sure tenants are approved in every single requirement and she is steadfast on your decisions. As a renter, know that she keeps everyone’s best interest in mind and she is a genuine individual who you will love working with.

I highly recommend using this company to rent your house!! Sylvia has been such an amazing help! We contacted her to get our house on the market and we heard back from her immediately to set up a call! From that point she constantly checked in with us and kept us in the loop on what was happening. As soon as our house hit the market she was in and out with showings and had our house under a lease agreement in 3 days! She has kept us updated on everything with the move in process. I HIGLY recommend!

DO NOT absolutely do not go through this company to rent. They will waste your time and steal your money. We applied for a rental, got everything submitted and set up a viewing before the final lease signing and the morning of the viewing they had the audacity to text me and say they rented it from under us. Without mention that if we didn't put the deposit and sign immediately they could rent it to anyone at any moment. I'm so disgusted a company is out here doing this to people. I understand it's first come first serve, but why not just be up front and say that. Oh wait, it's because they just want to take your money.

From the time I looked at my rental until today Gary and Sylvia have been nothing but helpful. They make renting easy. They respond quickly and are amazing to rent from.
