I was a little skeptical to order because of other reviews, but I placed a mobile order for pick up and I have to say the food was fantastic. It was fresh, hot, crispy, even after a 20 minute car ride home to eat. We ordered the family pack and it was more than enough food. The lady at the window was also very sweet.

I went into the restaurant and placed my order. When I got home to eat dinner with my family, the food was nasty. The fish was overcooked, the fries were old, and the crab cakes were doughy. We had this exact same meal in Charleston, SC, and it was delicious. This meal was a big disappointment. The staff wasn't even that friendly. My family and I won't ever return to this establishment.

(Posting for my dad) Me, my Wife, Daughter-in-law and 4 year old Grandson just got home from the North Augusta South Carolina Captain “Ds”. we ate and were about to leave when my Grandson needed to go to the bathroom. I was walking with him when a kitchen employee came out of the kitchen and walked ahead of us into the bathroom. There were 2 stalls and he was standing in an open stall peeing. The bathroom was very dirty. I put paper towels on the toilet seat in the other stall for my grandson. The employee left the bathroom without washing his hands and went back into the kitchen. I noticed but wasn’t gonna say anything and definitely will not be going back there. When I got back to the table and we were about to leave when my Wife asked did they charge us for the 2 pieces of pie we ordered but hadn’t been given so I took the ticket up to the counter. after seeing the employee not wash his hands I decided I should ask for a refund because that guy might be the one that cuts the pie. I didn’t want to bring it up about the employee but the lady at the counter said I couldn’t get a refund. I asked if she really wanted me to tell her the reason I couldn’t accept the pie that wasn’t brought out on the tray with our food. So I told her about the kitchen worker leaving the bathroom without washing his hands and other customers overheard which made her want me to leave probably so more people didn’t hear. The money isn’t the issue it’s just her saying oh there’s a sink in kitchen that he uses to wash hands after using the bathroom. He had to use his filthy hands to open the bathroom door to leave and also to open the kitchen door to go back into. She acted like it was nothing And said she couldn’t do a refund and if I wanted one so would have to come back tomorrow and the day manager could do it. I asked her to call the police and I waited for them to let them know what exactly was going on. They said they get it to and like I said we were leaving but wanted to wait and ...

It wasn't the line that upset me it was who you decided to hire as a cashier that has me amazed. 30/40 min wait FINALLY get to the window for the cashier to repeat the wrong order. No apology no consideration for the wait just a NASTY attitude in return. Yells to whoever is in the back "should I pull her up? Just rude called to speak to the MOD just for him to have a nonchalant attitude... smh never again

There were 2 cars in line ahead of me. One at the window & 1 at the talk box waiting to order. I placed my order at 7:54pm... it is now 8:20 & I still don't have my food!
