Cali Nails

I will never go back to this place. My toes have never looked this bad after a pedicure. Not only that, the person who did my toes did not care for the dead skin nor did she care for my cuticles as you can see they look horrible. She did not massage my legs nor did she wrap my legs with hot towels. She took one hot towel and laid it across both my legs. Then when I was supposed to have my manicure, I had gel polish on my fingers nails, I asked her not to use the drill, but to soak my nails. She decided to scrub the surface of my nails with an Emory board like she was scrubbing a pan with baked in food. On the take off liquid, it clearly says, gently buff the surface of the nail to scrape off the polish and then soak off. She scrubbed so hard she exposed the surface of my nail through the polish and deformed my nail surface. I am not amused nor will I spend my money at this location again.

I try to give businesses the benefit of doubt, but they have gotten sloppy. If anyone other than the young guy do my nails, they always come out crooked and too thick. The older lady is amazing on feet, but they almost always get my nails wrong and I have to have them corrected. Won't be coming back.

It was my first experience and I am very satisfied with the color, service, and my overall experience. I needed to spice up my life so I got glow in the dark pink. Ask for Michael😁

I’ve been coming here for a while…the owner (Mai) said she would my daughters eye brows for me I clearly stated NO WAX. She told me okay she understood I reiterated NO WAX she disregarded what I said and waxed my daughters anyway bc she said it would look better I am highly upset !
