Butler Automotive in Downtown Augusta is my go-to for honest, high-quality auto repair. I recently brought my car in for diagnostics, and they quickly found the issue and fixed it the same day. The team was professional and took the time to explain everything in simple terms. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer service—highly recommended!

My A/C started blowing warm air, so I took my car to Butler Automotive in Downtown Augusta. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the issue with my A/C. They had the parts available and repaired it the same day. Now my A/C is blowing cold again, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely return when my car needs to be repaired.

I have been a customer of Butler Automotive for the last 25 years. They have always told me upfront what it would cost and even though I’m a woman, I trust them because they have never failed to explain what they needed to do. From the front staff to the back staff from the owner to all the employees I have always been treated with respect, kindness and courtesy. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Had to get a much needed tune up and brake work done on my SUV. Not only was the team at Butler Automotive extremely professional during my visit, but the service was above reproach. After the work was complete the breaks continued to squeak, as new pads will sometimes do. However, with about two weeks of occasional squeaking, I took the truck back in and adjustments were not only made, with full explanation of the issue with the recommended pads for my vehicle, but the work was warranted by the owner with no additional cost out of my pocket. This level of above and beyond service was unexpected but so truly appreciated.

This is the second shop I have taken my truck to. The first shop had it for almost 3 weeks and said they could not get it to replicate what I was telling them the issue was. Butler had the truck for less than 3 hours and had the repair and price ready! They are amazing! I would highly recommend them!
