Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The staff was not as attentive to customers tonight. Very long wait before anyone acknowledged your presence. No adults present. Paid $4 for a small scoop of ice cream that was just about as cool as soft serve sitting on a counter for a couple of minutes.

I enjoy coming to Bruster's ! My go to order is the medium birthday cake icecream cone with the waffle cone. The staff is always friendly and they work diligently to keep the line moving .

It doesn't matter how many times or what time I go to Agerton Lane location, the service is the worst. You will stand outside the order window for quite awhile before one of the girls decides to open the window. Forget being acknowledged or spoken to. They just stand there until you speak up 1st about what you want. The only reason I go is that my mom likes the butter pecan in a waffle bowl. She's 100 years old though so having to wait that long is not easy, especially as it heats up. But at 100, I'm gonna get my mom what she wants but do better!

Wanted a little treat with the family! Bruster’s definitely has some high quality ice cream to satisfy any persons taste buds! The ice cream is a 5 Star treat, no question! This location offers 10% military discount! The ordering process, time of service and seating really negatively impact the experience. For this reason, I can not give a rating higher than 4 Stars! Please note: Most cashiers take in the order and serve that person before taking the next order. This gives the perception that multitasking is very limited in this establishment and the staff must work on one item at a time before moving to the next item. Suggestion to all readers! If you order a simple cone or cup of ice cream then your wait will be minimal and you will be highly satisfied! If you want something special like the Banana Split, a Sundae, or the special Apple Dumpling seasonal item; then expect to wait a while. It is not uncommon that the rest of your party will be finished with their cones long before you get your specialty item is served. Also, the drive-thru takes a long time to get the line of cars served! Today I was able to get my Banana split and finish it before 1 car moved one spot in the drive-thru. ——————————————————————— Now for the treats: My first child got the Mint Cookies and Cream in a cup (1 Scoop), my second child got the Cotton Candy Explosion in a cup (1 Scoop). Our family decided to check out this ice cream shop. It didn’t disappoint. There are a lot options cones, sundaes, blast, pies and cakes. There is seating out front. Great place to soak up some sun and enjoy a cold treat. There is a drive through but it brings back memories to use the walk up option.
