I was told we had a possible leak under our house. So I called Brittingham to get an inspection of all of our water connections. Ryan came and did a lengthy and thorough inspection of every connection and reported there weren’t any leaks. And the other good news was the inspection fee was very reasonable. I have an Airbnb that I was renting out for the masters golf tournament. I guess I was lucky also unlucky hot water tank got a leak in the holding Pressure tank. The morning one client checked out. I had another client checking in that afternoon. I was in a frenzy. I called Brittingham plumbing. He answered right away. Not an auto Not an automated answer. He had a technician there within an hour and it was completely repaired with a new tank within three hours. Ex client had no clue that I was in turmoil earlier that morning.
