Breckenridge Villas II - North Augusta SC Apartments

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the beginning, the leasing team worked closely with me on my move-in schedule and helped walk me through all my options. They were flexible with my budget and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing – they immediately made me feel like family! The location is perfect – close to everything you need in North Augusta like grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment itself was super clean when I moved in, and the maintenance team is so friendly and quick to respond anytime I need something. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking. The prices are some of the best in the area, and the experience overall has been nothing short of incredible.

I lived there for 7 years. Numerous faces in management over the years. Pool always closed. They fired the best maintenance man they ever had after his many years of service. There is no sense of community. Tenant's playing loud music all times of night. People yelling and fighting at all hours. Cops always being called out. They enter your apartment without written or verbal notice. Management gave my key to a surveyor and he entered my apartment after business hours. I was in a towel. I told him I was going for my gun, and he continued taking measurements saying management told him to come. I was terrified. Upon breaking my lease management also tried to charge me double until I notified their sister company, and received the proper price. This used to be a nice place to live about 5 years ago. Mismanagement and letting any and everyone move in has brought this place down to a 1 star rating. Glad I left.

The office staff are very friendly and caring. As well as very pet friendly and loving. Any complaints they receive they look into quickly. The maintenance staff. Do a very good job of trying to take care of any request or issues that arise on the grounds. Or in any apartments.

The Mrs. Linda at Breckenridge Villas II is very professional, and courteous when speaking everyone. Always so nice with a smile on her face. And the maintenance crew has shown time and time again that they are very knowledgeable when trouble shooting or fixing any issues that may arise. The management and maintenance team are always very pleasant to talk to and be around and do amazing work.

Breckenridge 2 is an awesome place. The maintenance staff is quick to resolve issues and nice. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The manager Mrs Linda 8s always got a smile on her face and is a pleasure to talk to. 5 stars all around.
