Brakes 4 Less

Phoenix is an amazing Manager! He was the only one that was able to figure out why my car shakes when I brake. He quickly diagnosed it, quickly ordered the parts, and had exceptional customer service skills. His integrity is commendable...he is honest and explains things well. I watched how quickly he was able to multi-task throughout the shop and garage and I was impressed!! If I owned a business I would be honored to have Phoenix work at my company! You have a gem as an employee!!! Kudos to Phoenix!

The atmosphere was very welcoming (and clean), Kyla the young lady that checked me in was very friendly. I had an appointment and they got right on my vehicle and I was out as promised (within an hour). Washington Road; Augusta GA

So far, so good. I was able to get a same day appointment. They were quick in getting the job done. No issues so far. The squeaking brakes are gone, so seems the problem is fixed.

Made an appointment online and was able to be seen the next day. Very happy with how quickly they were able to get everything done and the staff were very polite. Would definitely recommend them!

Awful attitude and awful customer service. I came in for the deal posted outside the business. They inspected the car and gave me an estimate for 2x the listed price for brakes. I was given a time estimate of 2 hours and 4 hours later my car was still on the lift with no tires on it. 3 people came after me and all left before me. I will never be back.
