Angela Wickert has been a pleasure with whom to work! She has responded immediately to my texts no matter the time or the reason for them. She has gone above & beyond the call of duty in helping to get my MIL in her rental (d/t displacement from Helene). She has stayed in contact with me & called to ensure there were no problems with her move-in day. If you want someone who will work with you, & for you, Angela is definitely a great choice. I could not have asked for anyone better...

They made a requirement to put up a fence for my inside dog. I moved with the dog in May. I emailed them that the dog and I had moved to another city. They continued to charge me 100 per month for not having a fence.After a phone call, they had the wrong email address listed on their site. Is that my fault? Apparently. I have never seen this high of turn over in any neighborhood, largely in part to Bragg. I would definitely choose another property management company. Clearly the organization is run with Neolithic incompetence.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Disrespectful Treatment Dear Bragg and Associates Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. Despite providing clear instructions to send all correspondence to my home address and not to my P.O. Box, I continue to receive mail at the incorrect location. I have multiple accounts with your company, and this repeated oversight is both frustrating and unprofessional. Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a representative who is supposed to be managing my account. This individual was dismissive and rude during our conversation, offering short responses to my inquiries. As a homeowner with legitimate questions, I expect professionalism and respect, especially when discussing matters related to my property. It is important to note that under Georgia law, audio recording of conversations is legal as long as one party is aware, and I will be keeping records of future interactions if this behavior continues. Additionally, I had an account that was overpaid, and it was mistakenly sent to the credit bureau. While you did issue a refund promptly, the error caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. There were no penalties or compensation offered for the hassle this mistake created, which I find unacceptable. Most recently, due to an issue regarding a trash can, I received notices sent to the wrong address. Now, I am being charged $200 for something that could have been easily resolved had your team followed the correct mailing instructions. The owner, who I spoke with regarding this matter, was extremely rude and disrespectful. As a disabled veteran who has proudly served in the U.S. Army, I am appalled by the way I have been treated. I will be escalating this issue to the state association board because this level of disrespect and mishandling of accounts is entirely unacceptable. I expect immediate attention to this ma...
