I requested a termite inspection on a Monday. I was told they were going the following day which was perfect, so I paid for it right there. 3 days later, I called to check on the letter, then I am told they had it on their schedule for that Friday, which mean, the letter was going to be released Monday, which was not going to work for my deal. When I asked why they didn't do it Tuesday as I was told, I was told they never said that... (as if i was making it up)...so I had to scramble to get another company last minute to do it. So, I will not use them again.

Great company and one of the few family owned companies still around.

I moved from Augusta last year. Twice I had to call and ask why they are still deducting funds from my bank acct. They apologized and issued me a refund. After the second time I asked that they remove my bank information from their records. They stated they did. They just charged it again for another $90 this month. They lied to me and have no idea how to run the business. During the time they were servicing my house, the bug guy would never call and show at random times. I suggest a more reputable company. I have asked for a manager to call me to let me know what we need to do to ensure this never happens again and I still have not received a call and still not received the refund for the third time they charged my acct.

Terrible services! Expected me to pay past due fees of previous owners (nearly $500) before allowing us to have service with them. Also removal of stations caused grass damage. Find another company.

Great service. Easy to schedule by phone and pay online. As a REALTOR, I use them for my clients all the time!
