"Absolutely phenomenal experience at Bojangles today! From the moment I walked in, the manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. They recommended the new Strawberry Bo-Berry Cobbler, and let me tell you—it was absolutely delicious! Hands down, this was the best service I’ve ever received at any Bojangles. Friendly faces, great food, and top-notch hospitality—I’ll definitely be coming back!"

Maybe the young lady at the window was having a bad day or something but her attitude wasn't pleasant at all. She was training someone from what I could tell and maybe that was the reason for her rude responses and inaccurate directions to not only me but also the employee she was talking with. I waited 15 mins for my food to be brought out. My order was wrong but I did not have time to resolve the issue due to having to go to work. This was my first and last time personally going to this location.

I arrived nearly an hour before closing and was greeted over the speaker with, “It’s Bo Time! How can I make your day amazing?” I placed a simple order for one biscuit, only to have a manager suddenly jump on and say they were closed for maintenance. This is incredibly poor business handling and reflects a serious lack of work ethic. If the store was truly closed, the initial greeting, the lights being on, and taking my order made no sense. It’s disappointing to see this kind of disregard for customers. Yet another local restaurant in Augusta I can no longer support.

I ordered breakfast 🥞🍳 , and wanted some chicken 🍗 tenders , because I was also craving some , so they made me a 4 piece , with no trouble at all , with honey 🍯 mustard too ! I got my original order , within minutes : a chicken 🍗 biscuit 🍪 with cheddar 🧀 and bacon 🥓 , a Bo- Round , and a large drink . Because chicken 🍗 tenders , are cooked to order , those took about 10 minutes or so , but it was worth the wait , because the wait , because they were hot 🔥 I , tender , moist , fresh : just the way they're supposed to be ! I'm a veteran fry cook , so I know how chicken 🍗 tenders , are supposed to look and taste : golden brown , moist and tender 👍 !

Do they even make food fresh here or is everything prepared days in advance, this is the 4th time I’ve been here due to how close to my house it is. I can confidently say that consistently disappoints me, as well as the food being severely stale and unfresh it’s evident in the coloration and taste that they do not frequently change fryer oil.
