Undercooked chicken and unprofessional employees. Employee looking down at his phone in his hand while giving another customer their food. Conduct some training on customer service etiquette and professionalism. Most importantly, ensure your food is cooked properly to prevent food borne illnesses. Will not be back. Be better!

On May 29, 2025, my husband stopped by to grab breakfast. The staff there was fantastic! I requested a "light" biscuit, and it was perfect. Reese and Maurice, along with the lady who made the biscuit (I didn't catch her name), made our visit so pleasant. Great customer service at its finest!

I usually don't leave bad reviews but this is the 2nd time I've come here for a family meal and I have been forgotten about so I'm writing this as I am still waiting for a 20 pc family meal and it has been over an hour. A young lady came out at about 30 minutes and said they forgot about us and asked did we want a refund or to wait 20 more minutes. We decided to wait because I mean it dinner for the family but it has been another 30 minutes and we still have no food.

I came here with my husband and daughters . We stood there and a young women came and started taking her order. She already seem annoyed that she had to take the order and said “what you want”. I tried to just proceed with the order . She then stuck her hand in her pants while taking our order. I could see what looked like her boxers hanging out . I started to feel very uncomfortable that someone who was handling my food has her hand in her pants while taking my family’s order. Then she didn’t even check to see if there was any coleslaw and said “we out” followed by taking the same hand that was stuck in her pants and wiped her nose in front of us. We walked out without taking any food . This was absolutely the most nastiest and disgusting experience I ever had and I’ll never bring my family back .

The southern hospitality is an actual thing. The staff was nice, very home like/ family like personalities. The food was good. Chicken is spicy, but not too bad. My mother-in-law said the chicken sandwich was way spicier than the chicken(like legs, thighs and etc. The fries were great. They're slimmer than steak fries with some type of seasoning on them and they were amazing. Omg and those biscuits 🤩... I smelled them 1st and they smelled like maple syrup or maybe cinnamon 🤤 I added the honey and the biscuit was complete. My husband watched my face in just complete bliss. The biscuit was soft, with a hint of sweetness, the mash potatoes and gravy was super good too. If you haven't had Bojangles... Go get some today🎉🤩🎉
