Bojangles

Went at 8pm and the doors were locked. Employees saw us at the door and didn't even acknowledge us. Then when we got back in our vehicle they went out the other door to continue smoking. 05/10/25

I would have done the survey but it was past the 2 days. It was 5:45 pm on a Wednesday. They had to bake the BO berry biscuits for our order. The order was incorrect 2 times with the potatoes. The chicken bites were not recognizable and hard as a rock and cold. The dirty rice , and biscuits were cold and not fresh. Between us and it niece's order, we spent $65.00 for the worst food!! We will not be going back!! Our money should be refunded!!

Chanel was amazing. Had a slight issue with my order and she fixed it and was very pleasant. Would highly recommend visiting. Place is extremely clean!

Since when is a Bojangles not open on a Sunday morning? I guess people just didn’t feel like showing up for work today. Pretty sorry. Don’t waste your time with this one. Just go to the Bojangle’s off of Richland.

Do not go to this place after 7 p.m. They close early, and the drive-thru service is horrible; the food is cold, and the fries are hard. I don't know how they are still open.
