Sara did an amazing job on my nails! She was gentle, detailed, and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. I felt super comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and the nails turned out even better than I imagined. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality nails!

The nail techs I got Tony (pedicure) and John Vo (manicure/full set) left no crumbs. Tony did a really awesome job massaging my legs and feet, did a great job on my toe nails, and one of my toe nails was actually broken and instead of telling me that it just had to come off or taking my suggested to put acrilic on it which would have been more money he just glued it back together. Now John, he did a phenomenal job on my acrilic nails, he did exactly what I wanted, asked if I liked everything after each step and even made sure I was ok when the little drill slipped AND APOLOGIZED FOR IT 👀 which was new for me if you couldn't tell. The receptionist was also really nice and helpful. The only problem I have was that I couldn't leave a bigger tip when I left. When not if I go back I hope I get the same people ❤️

*** Edit *** Bleu De Paris Nail Salon let me walk in next day to fix my nails. They were very apologetic and fixed my nails at no cost. Thank you so much for fixing the issue and making sure I walked out satisfied! ------------------- Not quite the experience I'm use to. I come to this salon often because they usually produce quality work. I paid well over $100 (not including tip) and did not recieve quality work this time which is incredibly disappointing. I repeatedly tried to point out things I would like fixed on my acrylic set, and was ignored. The shape and length of my nails were not consistent (that complaint the nail technician did listen to thankfully and kind of fixed it), the color doesn't even go to the edges of my nails and looks sloppy, and the design I asked for was wrong and even after I asked for the technician to take it off, he ignored me and just tried to fix it (which he didn't fix well at all). While I appreciate the effort and attempt at completing my set, it just wasn't good work and ignoring my requests to fix it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful honestly.

The staff is very cordial with quick service attendants. The prices are also reasonable and they want to offer best treatment special packages and discount for there customers. Totally a affordable and reliable place to visit.
