I have had the unfortunate experience of renting a property managed by Blanchard and Calhoun and I can confidently say that they are the worst and most unprofessional rental property company I've ever encountered. From day one, they have been giving me the runaround about a severe bug issue in my rental. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, I have been met with nothing but excuses and delays. Initially, I was able to call and text them to report the problem, but they abruptly changed their communication policy, insisting that I can only email them now. This convenient shift has only served to slow down their already glacial response time. It's been over two weeks, and they've done the bare minimum to address the issue, which is unacceptable. Even more frustrating, they have not once come out to the property to observe the problem firsthand. It's as if they don't care about their tenants' living conditions, and I am left feeling ignored and frustrated. Instead of taking swift action, they are dragging their feet and making it incredibly difficult to get the necessary information to the homeowner about the fix. Their excuses are mind-boggling, constantly blaming environmental changes from last year's hurricane and claiming that other people in the neighborhood are facing similar issues. However, professional pest control experts have pointed out that the root cause is the drainage in the yard, yet nothing has been done to address it. Amanda and the management team are at the heart of this disaster. Their lack of professionalism and empathy towards tenants is staggering. I urge anyone considering renting from this branch of Blanchard and Calhoun to think twice. Save yourself the headache and stress, as this company clearly doesn't prioritize its tenants' well-being. Avoid them at all costs!

Lynn Powell was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable about real estate market. She worked with me all hours of the day and night to find me and my family the perfect home. I wouldn't even consider using another Realtor. Thank you so much Lynn!

Not to throw shade on the other realtors, but Jacquelyn Perry is hands down the best. If you want a realtor who will drop everything and move when you snap fingers, especially in this market, Jackie P. Is your best choice. She has sold us 3 homes and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the process.

Where do I even begin? Please learn from my experience! I engaged Susan Salisbury to be my realtor to sell my home in Grovetown. She works with Blanchard and Calhoun in Evans. There were some updates that needed to be done to the property, including painting, new flooring installed, new faucet, landscaping, and some other minor repairs. All fairly typical for selling a home. She stated that she had a contractor who came "highly recommended and was top notch" - Juan Casas of Casas Properties. We met with him and was provided a high level estimate of the work to be done - not the usual time and materials estimate (this becomes important). He began the work, although we didn't have a signed contract. What can I say about Juan Casas Properties? It was a nightmare from beginning to end. Unsupervised and unskilled laborers were hired, which caused an incredible amount of rework and corrections to be done. What should have taken 1.5 weeks took 3-4 weeks to complete. What did go right was the work that was outsourced: the pressure washing and the dumpster. Painting was done with improper materials (exterior flat paint) as well as poor quality, no prep work, so we had to have that redone, as well as areas that needed to done due to sloppiness. Painting is all about the details. The flooring was the same. The floor had to be entirely redone. The landscaping was butchery and I had a natural garden area completely ripped out and destroyed. We settled on cheap mulch to correct it. He attempted physical intimidation tactics towards me when we were having a discussion as to why external flat paint is not the proper material for interior walls. He stated he would repaint, BUT that I would have to pre-pay him for the materials (he already had a 5k draw!) and the work couldn't be "inspected" by anyone or he wouldn't do it. No thank you. We never received a proper time and materials estimate for the work - which we very clearly requested several times. We had to have inde...

My husband and I used Debra as our agent. We loved her. She was honest about the houses we were inquiring about, and very nice. I would recommend her to everyone!
