I had the privilege of working with Chad Blackston when he built our new home. I appreciated his attention to detail and quality. I have been very pleased with my new home. Chad was easy to communicate with and follow up on any questions or concerns I had during the building process and any concerns after we closed on our home. Chad truly builds the most beautiful home I’ve ever seen! We looked and looked and could not find a house that gave me that “awe” factor that I was looking for. As soon as I walked into a Chad Blackston house I fell in love! The details he puts into his homes is truly amazing! They are gorgeous! Also, Chad continues to go over and beyond even after the home is built. Our home was 5 years old and we had trouble with the dishwasher causing a side panel to warp. Chad took it upon himself, even after the warranty was expired to get us a brand new dishwasher and side panel at no cost to us. He is a good man, and his morals are off the chart! We have never had such a good experience! He takes pride in his work, and he cares about his customers! I would recommend Blackston Custom Homes to anyone!
