From the moment I walked into Mayo and met Kayli, I have been so impressed with the customer service! My CPA is Stacey Lee and she has been AMAZING already. She turned a very stressful IRS bill into an easily addressed, potential credit back to us. The communication and ease of the process has been excellent. And, I’ve met Lisa Mayo through networking events and she is a true professional. Five stars!

I worked with Jonathan Wiggins on two separate matters, one of which involved responding to the IRS. Our initial consultation took place about two months before the response deadline. Despite multiple reminders, he allowed the deadline to pass. During a meeting regarding a different issue, I reminded him again about the IRS response. He assured me it would be handled the next day, yet weeks later, nothing had been done. After another reminder, I followed up with his office, only to be told by his staff that the delay was due to a missing document from my workplace. This explanation was unacceptable, as his response to the IRS was still necessary regardless of that document. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. It felt like Jonathan was telling me what I wanted to hear without following through on his commitments. To make matters worse, after getting in touch with Jonathan recently (over a month past the due date), he claimed to have filed the IRS response and promised to send me a copy with the submission date. It has now been two weeks since that promise, and I have yet to receive anything, leaving me to question whether it was even sent. Jonathan Wiggins and Mayo Strategic Advisors have been disorganized and unprofessional throughout this process. I strongly advise against working with them. Seek assistance elsewhere.

Disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism I received from here. My husband and I were clients for over 2 years with multiple businesses. In May I was told by Lisa she was taking some time off but would still be available should we need to reach her. That wasn’t the case. For the last 2 years I’ve consistently met with Lisa on a monthly basis and valued her feedback and knowledge on how to grow and strengthen my business. I began to notice the decline in services during the summer and noticed expenses were being categorized incorrectly by her team. This concerned me from a tax standpoint. I reached out expressing my concerns and never received a response back. At that point, I felt it was best to terminate services and move on. To this day, nobody seems to know what happened and why it wasn’t communicated to clients that she was leaving and exploring other avenues. I’m not sure why you would leave your clients hanging like that. Very unprofessional!!!

Mayo Strategic Advisors has been a pleasure to work with. I was recommended to them several years ago and has been please with the decision to give them a call. Lisa and her team are very knowledgeable and professional. Highly Recommend!
