Beyond Bella hair studio

Been meaning to do this review for awhile. The owner is extremely unprofessional. I booked my daughter a appointment and waited two hours for the owner to arrive. She finally walked in the door and right back out (without greeting us).. I’m still sitting in her lobby because it was imperative I get the services I came for because we had to go out of town and I wouldn’t have the chance of booking anywhere else. She finally calls my phone while I’m in her shop and cancels the appointment because she said a car bumped her as she was walking into work and her “arm hurts” meanwhile I’m watching her the whole time outside her job on her phone as I was waiting for her to come back in. She never came back inside to apologize or see if anyone else in her shop could assist us at last minute or anything, absolutely NO consideration at all. A few months later I decided to give her another chance and made an appointment/paid the deposit and minutes before the appointment she called and canceled the appointment saying she forgot she had something personal to do.. remind you, it was hours before my event so I was stuck with NOBODY to do my daughter’s hair AGAIN! She literally tried no other solutions and has NO remorse about messing up someone’s plans. I also met a woman who recently dropped her daughter to her for school for a silk press and she called and told her to pick her daughter up because her hair was tangled!? Remind you school was to begin Monday and it was impossible for them to book anywhere else! Instead of her re washing and charging a extra fee she just to break the little girls heart and the poor Mother had nowhere else to bring her because everything was booked. I can’t speak for the work she does but she definitely needs skills on how to run a business properly. Bella was very professional and she did a wonderful job on my frontal sew-in. I walked into her salon as 1 woman, but left her salon 💇🏾‍♀️ a completely different one!!! Go check out Bella Salon. She offers a variety of services.
