My recent complaint was grossly mishandled by Sue Ellen R. It was closed as satisfied without any input from me. If you're unable to handle complaints without bias, you should not accept them.... This goes against everything your company supposedly stands for.

BBB was not helpful in resolving our issue. They did nothing more than forward our communications/complaints to the company and forward the response back to us. I feel they did nothing to assist me with resolving the issues. It took several calls, over several months, before my complaint file was finally posted on the BBB website. I inquired as to how the BBB ratings are driven and the response was that the ratings are "algorithm based". The value of the BBB to the consumer, from my experience, is not what is used to be.

Sharing my experience with Advanced Auto parts store# 07158. My husband went to the store and made a purchase of $30.20. Came home and noticed that there was another charge of $241.90. He then thought it was a system error since the first person by the name of Jerry Anderson, tried to help him to process the transaction, he stated that the card reader was not "working" he passed on to another register where the transaction was finalized by Erin Hilua. I went back to the store and spoke with Erin Hilua, who claimed to be the "store manager" she then "searched" for a transaction of $241.90. She claimed that there was not a "transaction" of that amount anywhere in the system. I said; ok let me call my bank. I contacted the bank the representative stated that there were two transactions from the same store. The first transaction was the actual authorized transaction done by husband and the second one of $241.90 was done after. It just bothers me that an "employee" is capable of doing these types of fraudulent activities taking from hard working family. what if that was my last? what if that was my rent or grocery money?

I have the unfortunate experience of having to place a grievance against two companies during my move and purchase of my new home. Because my computer I had to come in and get assistance and Gigi has been helping me write out my grievances to the companies. The office is huge clean and welcoming. Gigi made copies for me and seem to be very supportive. I was informed that she would be the person to assist me because of her years of experience.
