Best Western Plus Augusta North Inn & Suites

After staying overnight at a subpar hotel, it was wonderful to come to Best Western Plus. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and we'll chosen to represent the company. The bed was like a dream, pillow were soft and fluffy, the shower had nice pressure. The room overall was impeccably clean. I have such a great night's rest and woke up to a delicious hot breakfast. I will be recommending this facility to everyone I know that is traveling. Five stars isn't enough I give the hotel 10 out of 10!

Unfortunately, there was black mold in our room, and we didn’t realize until the end. It’s really bad around the exterior window and on the shower curtain. We had some other problems as well. The fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. The breakfast was mediocre, and they were out of most everything an hour before they were supposed to end. The exhaust vent and the bathroom wasn’t working, causing it to be super muggy and wet in there. The sad thing is, this used to be a really good hotel. My wife and I have stayed multiple times before. It’s sad to see it go downhill. But I can’t recommend a place that has black mold.

We stayed at this hotel passing through on the way to NC. The price we paid for what we got was awesome. We got in a little late, but I'd called ahead to let them know our ETA and when I got there, check in took 2 minutes as they already had everything ready to go. The room was as clean as any other hotel I've stayed at recently. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast since I knew we would be stopping at the conveniently located Starbucks or Dunkin on our way back to the interstate. I would absolutely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which was rated 4+ stars. While the overall experience was satisfactory and the amenities were up to par, I had a notable issue with the breakfast service. Over the course of my stay, the hotel did not provide a full breakfast on 2 out of the 3 days. This was quite disappointing and did not align with the expectations set by a 4-star rating. Given the importance of a good start to the day, I believe this aspect needs improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures consistency in their services in the future. NOTE: The staff was excellent, thru were very friendly, pleasant and professional, especially the front desk on Friday check in and the Breakfast lady on Saturday. On Sunday morning they had no "Hot Breakfast" and Monday only Waffles.

In town a couple of days and decided to try this establishment out. It's okay... room had candy under the edge of bed - I cleaned up, guard to a/c was broke and loose - looks like they tried to repair with silicone! Toliet plugged up, we called down stairs, no one came so I fixed myself!! Brkft was just enough to call brkft - looked like.all prepackaged food warmed up. Coffee was good though. Location is as good as other places. A lot of parking spaces. Desk personnel were good, nice, quick.
