BCR did a great job from start to finish with our roof replacement. Clay Bowers, the salesman superbly navigated us through the insurance process during the difficult aftermath of the tornadoes. The roofers removed the old shingles, repaired the tornado damage, and installed the new shingles with no problems. They were efficient and thorough. Michael in customer service was helpful and very accommodating. See before and after pictures.

Had a leak start in my home back in May, found the issue temporarily repaired until I could get Dalton and Austin out to the house to inspect the entire roof and find much more than just the small repair that I did and instead deemed I needed an entire re roof! Very thorough with their inspection and very knowledgeable of what they are doing and what they can offer to the customer. We sat down went over options and insurance coverage. They contacted my insurance company, had an adjuster out immediately and got approved for a full re roof. The hurricane hit and they fit me in for the re roof right after the hurricane. In and out in one day. Showed me the replacement decking before putting new sections in and cleaned up the area nicely prior to leaving. Both brothers came back to inspect and put their seal of approval and we were finished. I would recommend and have to all my neighbors! Thanks guys!

I did not have roof damage from Helene as so many others had, however in March when we had another terrible storm, I heard a dripping in my upstairs bedroom around the fireplace area. Also heard a squirrel up there so I knew something was up. Called my insurance company, they came out and found two holes in my roof. They sent me my estimate and I contacted Adam at Best Choice Roofing. He came right out, went over all my paperwork, explained everything and said he could work within what insurance was covering. He said he could have me on the schedule within 2 weeks. Delivered all the supplies on a Friday, crew came out on the following Monday and completed the entire roofing job in a day. This crew worked non stop protecting my yard and plants and cleaned up everything afterwards. My roof looks great! These guys did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you Adam for getting the job together and taking care of all the insurance communication and thank you Travis for following up with me to ensure my satisfaction!!

We called because we could see water intrusion in our living room ceiling. We were impressed how quickly we got an appointment. Downhill from there. Multiple times a new roof was suggested. We do not need a new roof. After going in the attic, to be shown no water damage or mildew smell, he went on the roof. It was decided the flashing around the fireplace was the reason for the water, which is what we suspected. We were to get a quote early the next business day. We called multiple times and twice were told they thought it was for a new roof. Made three phone calls trying to get a quote and schedule a repair. No phone calls returned, now weeks later. Who has to beg a company to do work? Called another company, he showed up in 2 days, gave a quote within 3 hours, and WE DO NOT.NEED A NEW ROOF! This is why insurance rates are going up. How many new roofs were done instead of repairs.

If I could give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would! This whole process was painless and easy! They were very knowledgeable about the products and how the installation works. They kept updated with necessary information made sure my process was smooth. If I needed a new roof ( but I wouldn’t need one in 45 years lol) I would definitely call them again. And special thanks to Alyssa, Ean, and Kevin for making my whole roofing experience a breeze! 10/10 would recommend!
