At first, I was struggling with getting help on a watch I was looking for, I ended up ordering it online, and unfortunately it did not fit how I intended. I brought the watch back in, and asked if they were able to help me with resizing. Mrs. Ariel came to help and tended to me. She was so so helpful, and was very kind and helped me with finding the right size even with my indecisiveness. I really appreciate her help and advice, because I probably would have messed up trying on my own, or would have returned the watch I really liked. Thank you Mrs. Ariel for your help and customer service!

This store has looked so horrible this past year. They really need to rethink the merchandising. Not to mention, the prices are high and the sale prices are comical. As a previous Sales Manager in retail, I believe they really need some professional guidance to get this store fixed up. Macy’s has wonderful sales and Dillards is very clean and well maintained store. I have taken my business elsewhere and advise anyone else to do the same. The customer service also needs work. People working here are not helpful nor are they friendly. We looked at the men’s cologne which was all locked away and employees literally avoided helping us. Macy’s has friendly employees. Don’t waste your time here.

Belk was a great place to shop when it used to be at the mall. Perhaps because there were so many other shops that I was eager to shop at and made the shopping experiences pleasant but this stand alone Belk doesn't give off the same vibe and is almost miserable of an atmosphere to even browse throughout the store. Prices tend to be high and sales aren't the attraction here. There are better places to spend your money especially style wise.

Looks like a tornado hit this store. Clothing everywhere, on the floor, piled up, not folded, not cleaned up all. Super disappointed in the lack of respect for the shoppers. Store looks like a warehouse rather than a nice place to shop. No wheelchairs for the elderly to borrow, big disappointment. Clean it up!!
