Baymont by Wyndham Augusta Riverwatch

Hotel rooms with full kitchenettes. Check in was easy as the hotel only had a.few folks staying over. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was light. There is a train somewhere close to the hotel. Its loud for a couple of minutes, then quiet again.

Do not stay at this place. Rooms ok but the continental breakfast is subpar. Very little selection. Waffle maker does not work neither does the drink machine for water, orange juice, etc. So no drink options unless you want to pay for something. The counter agent said the drink machine hasn't worked since she started work there. Who knows how long that's been. And just a suggestion to put bed bug covers on all mattress. This preventive measure will save the company money in the long run plus give customers the piece of mind.

My most recent stay was not pleasant, the room(303) was infested with roaches. I took pics and submitted them. Haven't been compensated on anything from them or wyndham, never stayed a place like this, I felt disgusted upon leaving.

Blood under toilet seat at hinge. Rusted out shelf in freezer. And I didn't get a picture of it but deep discoloration in tub. Was afraid to shower in fear of getting a fungus on feet. And the bed was collapsing at the head. Turned mattress around in hopes of not having to have my feet above my head. Ended up having to sleep on bed with my feet where my head is supposed to be. Front desk clerk didn't seem genuinely worried about it. Won't be staying again. Come to think of it....zoom in on the rust. It doesn't really look like rust. Looks more like blood to me.

Reserved 2 rooms . First off they tried charging 335.00 but we was so tired from working decided to go ahead. When we got to out rooms roaches covered the floors in both rooms! Immediately left had to search for other places. Do not stay here!
