Batteries Plus Phone Repair

I’ve gotten the same phone screen repaired twice within 2 months . The phone has an outer box and screen protector but somehow a tiny crack keeps appearing causing the screen to go out cracks aren’t covered under the 6 month warranty but no why this happens within a month of getting the screen fixed the screen protector isn’t cracked the outer box is fine yet the screen keeps going out

Placed my deposit and ordered the glass for my phone camera last Monday. On Thursday I still hadn't heard anything yet so I called in and that's when I was told that the vendor they ordered it from was out of stock so they had to reorder it and have it on today (Saturday). Went in today and I was told that the part had been there since Thursday, and that they'd fix my phone within 30-45min. Left and came back, and they still hadn't found the package but they knew it was in the store. As I was there they had found it, so I left for another hour thinking my phone would be fixed by the time I got back. When I went back in, they told me that they apparently took that hour to realize that the part needed wasn't in the package. Now I have to wait yet again for them to order the part and get it in in a few days. Over 2 hours of my day is gone now because it had taken them that long to realize they didn't have the correct part. Staff is very friendly but apparently also very unorganized.

Came in because I was having issues with people hearing me on calls. They cleaned my microphone and speaker screens as well as my charging port. Both gentlemen provided excellent service. The process only took a few minutes and I was back to running errands.

Incredibly friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable team here! I purchased a replacement key fob for my car back in February and it came unprogrammed on its own, they waived the reprogram fee and when it happened again they replaced the whole fob for free no hassle!! I know that cost them money and their time but they were so friendly and didn’t hesitate to help. I really appreciate what they did for me at this location and if I ever need another battery related product this is the first place I will go. Thank you guys!

The people working this place are great. I had to sit in the store for over an hour while I waited for some adhesive to dry on my phone. I've never seen staff deal with such high volumes of customers with so much consistent knowledge and professionalism. High-quality service.
