Recently had store replace iPhone 12 Promax screen due to burn and cracks. Location convenient; took 30 minutes, $150.00. Looked great but Face ID / biometrics did not function after repair. Per Apple Store, proximity sensor was damaged and screen was not up to their specs. Cost for Apple to repair would be $500.00. Intake form signed before repair spared store from liability, so lost the money. Store Manager did their job but a credit or refund would have been great optics for Batteries Plus. Lesson learned. Let buyer beware … have Apple do iPhone screen repair and maintain AppleCare otherwise risk loss of function.

The week of December 11, 2023. I had called in search of a liquid glass screen protector for my phone. After Verizon and a couple of other stores did not know what I was asking for. The gentleman who answered the phone knew exactly what I was asking for. He said he did not have any in stock, but instead of just leaving it there, he offered to call a couple of other stores. 15 minutes later, he called and explained that the Grovetown location did have them in stock and had one set aside for me. Customer Service 5 Price Point 4 Installation was simple and easy.

The nice guy fixed my phone up like new very fast too in a lil less than a hour... Thank you
