The black chubby manager was super rude for absolutely no reason. One of the employees asked me if I wanted her to ask the manager if she can give me a discount because the box for the cologne was torn and it was for a gift. I said sure, but not really caring if she gave me a discount or not. she asked her in front of me she made rude gesture and walked away, leaving the employee and myself wondering what was the answer to the question. I advised the young lady I'll step to the side so she can continue to ring people up till her manager came back. When she finished ringing people up she went to look for her manager to get an answer, to the which she said no. I said ok. I already knew by her rude gesture. Then I asked how much longer for my online order or if I can gather the items for them. The young lady said if my manager allows me to do it I'll do it for you. I said ok I'll come back in 30 minutes so you don't have to rush. it was only 6 items. She asked the manager and the manager said it'll be done today she'll get an alert. I said ok and proceeded to leave. As I was leaving I went to the men's section curious to see if there was another cologne with a box in good shape. I found one and returned the other one to the employee. Not even 5 minutes had passed that I left the store and my entire order was cancelled. I saw some of the items and the manager still cancelled my order because she felt like it. She is absolutely horrible!

I’ll go to another location. It seems odd I need to pay extra to exchange my products for another scent. It’s also weird Broderick thought I was stealing when I was trying to figure out which product type/scent I wanted to exchange. Just a shady and unprofessional location. Not into it. Shopping is supposed to be relaxing and hassle free.

Employee told me the cost of 6 items and when I got to the register, cashier said not true and couldn't explain why the discrepancy or acknowledge my complaint.

I am currently standing in front of the Augusta Mall location, where it clearly states that the store closes at 4 PM. However, I, along with a few others, cannot enter, as a sales associate informed us that they need "to get ready for their Thursday sale." Then the Assistant Manager came to the entrance and said, “We’re not letting anyone else in because we would like to get home to our families,” as if their working on Christmas Eve is the customers' fault. Both were quite rude. Had I known they were actually closing at 3:40 PM instead of the advertised 4:00 PM, I wouldn't have wasted my time coming to this location. By the time I drive across town, it will be 4:00 PM, and all the other stores will be closed. Disappointed much! This location will NEVER get any of my business again.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Caught a great buy one get one free sale.
