I was in the mood for something sweet, so I stopped by and asked the staff to make me a surprise sundae—kind of like an ice cream roulette. The lady who made it was top-notch. She made sure to check if I had any allergies or dislikes before she put it together. That sundae was amazing, packed with flavor and perfectly mixed. I’ll definitely be back to thank her and leave a tip for her skills. Truly outstanding!

Employee answered phone. I heard her say screw this then hung up. Upon calling back I realized they turned the ringer off. All I wanted to do was ask if they had any Oreo ice cream cakes in stock. If I owned this business I'd be pissed at my employees losing sales. 3:30 pm Mar 30th.

This was a dunkin donuts with Baskin robbins. Definitely not returning. All the stuffed donuts we ordered hardly had any filling. Apple barbarian jelly. If it had a quarter of a teaspoon that's too much. The first one we tried was the barbarian cream it tasted old and somewhat hard. We also ordered a frozen drink mocha it hardly had any syrup for taste and no sugar. All ice. I don't complain anymore in a store. I just give my review and don't return to the store anymore. So sad to know how much most Dunkin donuts have changed for the worst. Even walmart and Publix make better donuts.

Waited a good 5-7 minutes before even being acknowledged. Seems like the staff is poorly trained, or just not following safe standards. Had to ask person making our ice cream treat to change his gloves (he put them on before he even took our order and was touching his head set, the POS screen/surroundings and even his face while taking our order. He didn’t bother to wash his hands between changing his gloves, nor did he wash them prior to putting them on in the first place. There was also a bottle of cleaning spray on the counter near/where food is being stored/prepared (that was set down by another employee, while our food was being made) and nobody made an effort to move it, even the woman who looked to be the manager, who was not attentive to anyone but herself, bothered to move it the entire time our food was being made and she was near it or right in front of it numerous times. The Employee who helped us (Johnny) was very kind and professional, he seemed very young and did state he had only been working there for around one month, so I’m assuming that would be why he was not aware of proper use/wearing of gloves and food safety rules/regulations, I think he just needs more training, and also training - most definitely for the other team members AND management. Restaurant could’ve been cleaner/tidier, was not put together very nicely, everything seemed kind of in a disarray/messy, which in turn makes it look like it’s not very clean - and that’s for the restaurant, as a whole- from behind the line/counter to the lobby. All of the employees had dirty/stained shirts. Just needs some cleaning up.

Is not first time that happens to me but I ordered a sundae of three scoops and without fudge and they gave me a two scoop sundae and they charge me for three and they put fudge in it and without cherry and it was melted. Very bad experience very disappointed of this Baskin Robbins.
