Miller Rambo came out to assess our needs post hurricane damages. When we were ready to move forward Bartlett was ready and willing and thorough. We can’t say enough about their professionalism , conscientiousness, timeliness and total project handling perfection. The work crew of Chris and Justin and team were fabulous. I had a rewarding time watching their expert work processes. Fantastic company highly recommend 👍

Great communication and seriously skilled. This was cleanup after Hurricane Helene, and they made my backwoods feel safe again — a few trees hadn’t fully fallen, and they handled everything with real care and professionalism. They were thoughtful around my plants, asked how I wanted things tidied up, and worked with calm confidence the whole time. I felt bad for them with everything being so wet down by the creek, but they never once complained. Just kind, capable people who clearly take pride in what they do. Those woods are my happy place, and I’m so grateful to have it safe and peaceful again thanks to their work. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Bob Longe was the arborist who was sent to our home in Aiken. He answered and addressed every question that we had about reviving and saving our trees. He has stayed in contact with us and takes the time to share his knowledge about the native trees and plants here. Thank you for your care! 5 stars Thumbs up!

I wish I could rate this service higher, but I can't. I had trees serviced in my yard for two years, paid over two grand and wound up removing two trees for failure to thrive. I accepted the advice of the "tree expert," but the recommendation failed in a big and expensive way. Cannot recommend.

Do NOT do business with this company without a witness beside you and a lawyer on stand by. DERRICK, The local owner around Beaufort area came, gave a quote, and before starting work I asked him to return to be sure we were on the " same page" he pointed with his laser pen at the limbs hanging over my roof that needed to be removed. But when workers came they did Not even touch one side in the back with hanging limbs into my patio area and refused to cut one of the major limbs that hung over my roof with hanging moss,etc These limbs had put a hole through my roof and caused rain in my bedroom. I had a roofing company on standby waiting on removal of the problem before spending $ thousands on a new roof. The worker said the limb I asked him to cut was not approved by Derrick!? So I called Derrick while workers stood by. Derrick claimed that this limb next to one they just cut, was not one of the approved limbs? Same size adjoining the other ? So Derrick said it would cost me $150 to cut that limb! He had me over a barrel so to get my roof replaced I agreed! But minutes later he calls back and says it will be $250! Because his worker gets $250 an hour, blah, blah even though the worker is literally at the spot where he just cut another limb and literally had his hand on the limb in question? I guess this is how they make extra money, tell you one thing for a price, then don't do what they were suppose to do and charge you to complete the work! I delayed payment because I was furious over this " Bait and switch" routine Derrick pulled. Finally I discussed with his office Secretary/ Accounts person whatever about my concerns and she "Wendy" said instead of $1125 they would settle for $1000 and no remaining balance would be due, etc.and had it approved by Derrick! I have voicemails that Derrick agreed to the settlement, I have multiple emails that the account. Was paid in full but starting receiving collection letters from them that I owed $125? I called Wendy and ...
