Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Wish I could give 1000 stars!! I have had to come several times working on a trust for my dad. The staff has been SO friendly and helpful!! Jason R is AMAZING!!! I have been banking with about her bank for many years but this experience has me so impressed that I opened my own account!! Thank you Jason R for ALL OF YOUR TIME and HELP!!!

Garbage, customer service and absolute garbage management. I have an account with my wife which has her maiden name on it. We have been married and I want to change her name on our account to her proper last name now. However, because my wife has a separate account with her daughter, we need my daughter's permission for my wife to change her name. I just called Navy Federal. They don't do that kind of crap there. Save yourself some time. Stay away from the bureaucracy and stupidity of Bank of America and open up a more local more customer-friendly bank account and bank with them

The ATM never dispensed my money. I was told it would revert back to my account. Now they told me I’m waiting 10 business days to get it back. I have payroll to fill. It took 10 seconds to take my money yet 10 business days to give it back? All of my accounts will be closing.

I’ve banked here for YEARS. I hate their ATM machines. I don’t think they have been replaced since the bank opened. Always a truck “fixing” one. It is hit and miss. Maybe you can make a deposit maybe you can’t. Same goes with getting a withdrawal. Lord help you if you try to deposit actually cash. Thankfully I rarely need to go inside for anything according to what reviews others have given.
